    18 ottobre - Piede d'oro ad Albizzate: Stracascine 'o9

    Oggi i runners si sono divisi fra un allenamento in Valle Olona, l'IVV di Carate Brianza e la Stracascine ad Albizzate.
    Al Piede d'Oro ad Albizzate si sono cimentati sul percorso da 10 km Marco, Beppe (46' 15"), Roberto Macchi, Pelatino (Marco Letruria) e Maura.
    Grandissimo tempo di Marco (36' 40") che si è piazzato al 12° posto assoluto!!!A bocca aperta

    Bravissimi anche tutti gli altri (di cui purtroppo non ho ancora i tempi e i piazzamenti)    !

    Fabry, Dario e Betta si sono avventurati a Carate Brianza per l'IVV "Tra il verde e l'antico" sulla distanza impegnativa da 25 km, in preparazione della maratona di Firenze. Grandi!!!! Sorriso
